On 5-18-7, the guy I sold this bike to parked it in the Sears Tower parking lot where it was stolen, never to be seen again.
March 16, 2007.
I sold this bike on 3-16-7 for $8,500 with only 4647 miles. This tricked out, one owner mono Ducati 748s had absolutely every upgrade that you would want. I really miss it.
I've had 10 bikes and this is the best one I have ever had. It is the perfect size, weight, look and feel. It is very responsive and has a great stance.
This bike has never been dropped, scratched, hit or even been wet. I never drove it if there was even the slightest hint of rain in the forecast.
I have included many photos. They range from totally stock to it's current state (with all accessories on it - and not the cheap stuff) with plenty of details. All of the accessories have been installed by a professional (not me).
Some of these upgrades include (not all listed)...
- fim multi map chip
- red alloy axle rear nut
- carbon fiber runners
- carbon fiber heat shield
- red alloy breather tower
- carbon fiber Termignoni pipes
- air filter
- polished exhaust pipes (to canisters)
- quick release fasteners
- rear signal re-locator kit
- 10mm sprocket nut
- carbon fiber rear wheel guard
- gold alloy "oval groove" vented clutch cover
-carbon fiber swing arm cover
- big bore cylinder slave
- aluminum frame plugs
- 5 spoke grey Marchesini wheels
- gold alloy oil cap
- gold alloy sprocket cover
- gold alloy inspection cover
- gold alloy adjustable rear sets
Suomi Ducati color matched helmet. The bike was purchased at MCC in Villa Park, Illinois.
